Cd player shows disk error e28 can anyone help

SOURCE: ford 4500 cd player won't eject cd. displays error E83

IS IT A PRE RECORDED CD OR IS A CD YOU HAVE DONE YOURSELF AND STUCK A LABEL ON, IF THE LATER IT MAYBE THE LABEL HAS LIFTED AND JAMMED THE CD

SOURCE: my ford fiesta 4500 cd

1. switch off the system.
2. switch on and press CD; it will display CD ROM or alike message
or press eject; it will show error E83
3. Press and hold eject for about 20 seconds
4. The cd will come out
5. If necessary, repeat the above steps.
6. If you don't succed see the dealer
