I have an old Mitsubishi VS 360RA TV that was built in 1985. The tuner started going out on it several years ago. The repairman at the time said that we could use the tuner in the VCR in place of the one in the TV. We did that until we purchased a new TV a few years later. The Mitsubishi then went into storage. I recently pulled it out for my son to use in his room to play video games on. Although I still get audio, I got video the first couple of times I turned it on and now I get nothing. With today's modern technology I'm wondering if it could be fixed cheaply, or if there's a place I could purchase an old tuner from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've got one of those, too. Tuner's been out since 1997 from lightning storm. Tuner was not available then,not available now. It's an ancient beast-- you won't find parts for it--not worth $20, anyway.
