Hi, my zen V plus is dead. How to change the battery?

Hi, my zen V plus is dead. Recharging wont work, it just stays dead. The solutions here say to change the battery, but not how to do it. Do i remove the back cover and if so how? There's no switch.

Look and see if there are 4 tiny screws on the back cover. Just be very careful once you start to dis assemble it.
l.Also you might type in you units info on Google and ask for battery replacement procedure.

Zen is dead

Sounds like a battery problem - either the battery is totally dead or just needs recharging - note that when the battery totally loses its charge, I believe it is sometimes not possible to recharge it using the usb port and software method (NOTE you MUST have the software installed and running for it to charge this way).. you may have to charge it using the connector to the power adapter.
