I assume you want to go from XP to Win7 which is not supported by Microsoft.
Laplink make an excellent and cheap product called pcmover Upgrade Assistant which does the job brilliantly on either the same PC or moving to another and upgrading to Win7.
http://www.laplink.com/pcmover/
You install it on the XP system and save a small file it generates. Then install Win7 as a custom install (without formatting) and re-install pcmover. Select the file you saved and a couple of minutes later pretty much everything is back under the new system ( afew things may need redoing like some drivers, AV software etc. but it's minimal)
Have used this on a number of conversions from XP and Vista to Win7 and it works great.

I want to down load the soft wear of casio lk 70s keyboard but don't find it

You can find the software for Casio LK-70S here: https://support.casio.com/en/support/download.php?cid=008&pid=20 .Look for the driver for the keyboard under the Digital Keyboard/Piano (excluding the PL-40R). Select the appropriate link and then scroll down to the Download button. Another file is the SMF converter. The conversion software is here: http://music.casio.com/e/smf/ . Scroll down to find the download links. This software works with Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Windows XP (32-bit) and Vista (32-bit).

I hope this helps.

This is just planetarium software. You can download several FREE planetarium software that are much better than that old software copy--

Here are two that are free to download--

Use these instead of that old outdated software that only runs on Windows 98.

Hi rpolipnick,
I am very sorry to have to tell you this, I found the following at ValuSoft:
Operating System: Windows® 95/98/ME/XP
DirectX®:

Hard Drive Space: MB Free

can lead to unspecified issues within the product.

I do have a solution that you may be able to use, check out this link:

You are able to either type or paste text in one language into the box, and it will translate it into over 50 different languages.
Sorry about the ValuSoft program not working, but maybe my solution will help.
