You can find the software for Casio LK-70S here: https://support.casio.com/en/support/download.php?cid=008&pid=20 .Look for the driver for the keyboard under the Digital Keyboard/Piano (excluding the PL-40R). Select the appropriate link and then scroll down to the Download button. Another file is the SMF converter. The conversion software is here: http://music.casio.com/e/smf/ . Scroll down to find the download links. This software works with Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Windows XP (32-bit) and Vista (32-bit).

go to windows down loads and down load windows xp service pack 3. Micro soft are no longer supporting updates for windows Xp so you may have to up grade to windows 7

Sorry about the ValuSoft program not working, but maybe my solution will help.
