I don't know the model but it has a bottom freezer compartment with 4 drawers and is frost-free. There are lights at the top, first one-red warning, second one-orange, other green lights Max, Med, Min, and a control button. No warning lights are on and the green lights work fine.
Main problem - The fridge is not working at all but the inside light still works.
Second problem - The FREEZER fan stops spinning when the FRIDGE door is opened, and then starts again when fridge door is closed.

You may have an issue with the temperature control assembly. Check the temperature settings (ideally at "one-half way" for both fresh food and freezer compartments).
I removed the freezer drawers removed back panel inside the freezer, and discovered that ice had built up around the vent which cools the fridge compartment once I melted this using a hair dryer put it back together and the fridge compartment works fine.
servis frostfree fridge freezer not working after 2weeks holiday returned it had completely defrosted fridge & freezer power supply still connected. warning light on. done all the trouble shooting in the srvice manual still want go cold or freeze. light on in the fridge, no water in the rear tray & cleaned the overflow pipe??. Model No M0330-ALU 5yrs old. think it has 2 seperate thermostats, surely they wont both have gone at the same time???????
My Bosch Frost Free Fridge Freezer did the same thing - Ice forming in the bottom of the freezer area after a few days.
It was caused by a blocked drain pipe - When the freezer does the de-frosting cycle, the melted ice drips into a tray and tehn runs into a dish on top of teh compressor, through a pipe.
If this pipe gets blocked, the de frosted ice overflows from the tray and overflows into the bottom of the freezer and then re-freezes !
To fix, pull the freezer away form the wall, locate the pipe that runs to the dish on top of the compressor and blow through it - This should clear it. Alternatively, from inside the freezer compartment, pull off the cover at the back, but the clips holding it on will probably break off, as mine did ! You can sort of push the cover back on and re-fit the food draws.
Sounds like a defrost problem. Check to see if
there is any frost buildup in the back wall of the freezer. If so, it is not
defrosting as it should.
possible causes:
bad defrost timer/board
bad defrost heater (in freezer)
bad thermo switch in freezer
If
you don’t know what these are then unplug the machine and let the ice melt in
the freezer overnight with the door open. Then try it the next day, if is
cooling fine then you need to have a service person replace one of the above
items. If it still has a problem then it might be the compressor and you should
probably replace the machine.
look on the back wall of the freezer is there snow? if so you have a defrost component out (timer, limit, or heater) the fresh food compartment gets cool air from the freezer so check for blocked air pathways the build up of frost in the freezer stops air flow so you will be cold on freezer side and warm on ref side
