Question about LG RUMOR Cellular Phone
Hi what the PUK code is is its the security for the sim card and all you need to do is contact your service provider and give them the phone number or sim card number off the back of the sim card and tell them you need a PUK code, they will tell you the code over the phone for free and this will then let you use that sim card in your phone.
the other option you have is to go and get another sim card thats accepted by your phone if your phone only works with one network then you need to get a sim card for that network, the phone should then not ask for the PUK code but if it does just call the service provider and ask them for it, they wont charge for this and it will then solve your problem

Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one.
You need to call your service provider to get this code.
It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,
you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office
and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater Same Your No Problem will Solved

You may be able to but your best bet would be going to your service provider because I have had many problems like this before. I recently purchased one like this from at&t and it kept locking me out with the PUK code. I had to take it back up there and have it replaced. They should replace yours with a new one. Best of luck.
