I have the Lexmark Optra E310 laser printer, without the software. I seem to have installed it, but when I go to print, the computer says it's going to print on that printer, and then does NOTHING. No error messages either, just doesn't print. Help...
Try to download and install the driver from the Lexmark website. Here's the link: http://bit.ly/cbIao7. Choose the operating system of your computer by clicking on the Microsoft, Macintosh, Linux/Unix, or Others dropdown found below the page. Then, choose the correct driver compatible with your computer's operating system. Install the software. Hope this helps but if you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get right back to it. Thanks.

I have the same problem, but the error only occurs when I try to print a .pdf file (Adobe Reader) using the "Lexmark Optra SC 1275 PS" driver. For some reason the PS driver didn't like .pdf files! My solution was to always print .pdf files using the alternative " Lexmark Optra SC 1275 (MS)" driver, which Lexmark also offers on its website.
