Hi! You may not necessarily need specific software to copy pictures from your phone to your PC.
- Using the USB cable, plug it into the phone and then plug the USB end into your computer.
- Your PC should run and automatically detect the phone and a pop-up window should open asking you what you would like to do with this new hardware.
- Your choices should be something like: "Open with Windows Explorer", "Open using Windows Media Player", "Take no Action", etc.
- Use the windows explorer options and your computer shoudl automatically open the folders contained in your phone.
- In one of the folders, you should find your pictures.
- To copy all of the pictures, click on one of the pictures then hold the CTRL key and press the "A" key on your keyboard (CTRL + A). All the pics should be highlighted now.
- Now using your mouse, copy the pics (right-click, choose copy)
- Navaigate back to your PC and find a folder to save your pictures, then right-click in that folder and choose PASTE.
- Your pics should now be saved on your PC.
If you do not receive a pop-up with actions listed (as mentioned above), then open up "My Computer" and look for the phone listed under the My Computer window. Double-click on it and the folders on your phone should open. Follow the steps above beginning at step 5. Thanks!
Go to media center, picture/video, my pictures, options, manage my pics, then check mark the pics you want to save to the card, then hit options again from the lower right screen and hit option #2 (move) then hit #1. to card. also works the same if you change phones and want to put pics in memory card on new phone.

Simply right click on 'START' button on your PC, and select
'Explore'.
Next scroll down on the left panel and find the drive that corresponds to your
device . (It will usually be found after your DVD/CDROM drives). Now click the
(+) next to the entry to expand the folders. Browse to the folder that holds
your pics, right click and select (use right click and CTRL button to select
more than one photo) and copy.
Next browse to a folder on your PC where you would like to store the pics,
right click and paste.
You can delete files/pics from your device in the same way.
However, to accomplish all this, your device will have to be detected by the
PC, and in some cases, you may have to install the device software on your PC
to accomplish this.
Another alternative, is to transfer all the files on your phone to your memory
card. (Please read instruction manuals on how to do this, as procedure varies
from phone to phone). Now using a card reader attached to your PC, you can
transfer files in the same way as described above.
Hope that helps. And don't forget a Fixya rating if
my solution helped in any way !
Sometimes it is easier to email the pics from your phone to your email. Then you can upload them to your PC and save them in your My Pictures folder. If you have a USB cable ansd you plug your phone into the PC and nothing happens, check to make sure that the proper drivers are installed on your PC for your phone. If the auto start screen does come up when you plug in your phone, then select the program that you want to use to view your pictures. You can then copy and paste them or move them by clicking and dragging them to your My Pictures folder or any other folder you choose. I hope this helps....
To be able to do this you have to plug it back in then go to My computer. It should come up under removable storage. After that copy the files and paste them on your computer. Once you double click the picture you can see them.
You should normally have a CD that comes along with the phone. You have to install this on your PC and use the software therein to transfer files. You can also download it from the Samsung website.
Alternatively, you can try the following workaround:
1. Plug in the mobile to the PC via the USB cable and ensure it is detected by the PC.
2. Right click START button and select Explore.
3. From the left panel, scroll to the drive letter corresponding to your phone. (It
will usually be located after the last DVD/CD ROM
Drive letter.
4. Click on that drive to expand the folders in the right pane.
5. Search for the relevant pictures from a folder within that drive.
6. Copy the required pics (Hold down CTRL and click on pics in case you want to
select more than one pic). After selecting required pics, right click and chose "COPY".
7. Once you copied all the needed pics, select a folder on your computer (or
create a new one) and paste the pics into this folder.
8. You're done :)
Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please feel free to
post them here.
