Stuck dvd on top of other in player - need help!!!

I have a samsung dvd 4300 and I accidentally stuck a dvd on top of one in there already...of course it will not eject. How do I get it out? I live in Mexico, so sending it in is not that easy.

If you are comfortable taking the cover off, you can try removing the cover and then try and remove the DVD by yourself.

IF you are not comfortable removing the cover then, you can try to take a credit card trick that has worked for me.(Actually, if you have any of those JUNK credit cards that the CC companies send out as trial offers, those work the best, and who cares if you bend those, they get tossed anyway) and bend an edge at a 90 degree.. (about 1/8" of the edge) so it makes like a small ledge. Try to fit it inbetween the top of the door, and then see if you can open it up. Some players have a seperate door, and some trays are attached to the door. You might be able to help it out or unjam the tray this way.
And in the Future, with any other CD/DVD Players, use your remote control or the open and close button to open and close the tray, and NEVER Push on the tray itself. If I had a dollar for every dvd player tray that Ive fixed because of this, I would be buying bill gates dinner. (not really, but you get my point)
Good luck.
Mac =)

Our Samsung DVD-H1080 DVD Player wont open, we've had it for a while, but the place where it opens is stuck, help??

Are you using the remote or touch button on case to eject tray?
Sometimes the top lid gets warped and prevents the tray from opening. Press eject and lift the front part of the lid at the same time.

My DVD player stays stuck on loading. How can I

If all DVD's you try act the same, I would clean the read head. If that doesn't work, then drive needs to be serviced. Hopefully nobody smked cigarettes near the unit as that coats the optics. Clean the read head VERY carefully with a Q tip and 99% isoprophyl alcohol. Ensure that no fibers get stuck around the read head... it is VERY fragile.

If only one disk won't finish loading, then the disk itself is probably bad and the drive is OK.

DVD will not Eject

answer - had the same issue turned out to be 3 dvds in it, Remove the 4 screws holding the dvd player to the roof. wire harness will hold it up. There is an fm transmitter on top held on by three screws. remove the little screws and push the transmitter to the side. you winn now see the stuck dvds. push the extras out with a small screw driver. once they are out the eject button will eject the last dvd.
just worked for me hope this helps.

DVD stuck in player

make sure that the dvd is unplugged from the outlet and remove the screws of the cover, you should be able to access the dvd from inside the player without the cover on.

I hope this helps
