My nokia 6300 has a letter G on the top0 of the screen and it is stop0ping from me making calls and recieving calls

your screen must be damaged.......take your phone to the nearest nokia service center and change ur screen......thank u

please do the restore factory setting. before that please backup your data

try to  dry ur phone by keeping it in sun  for 2 hrs. if still nolt working. thn check whether the phone is working thts is  r u able to make nd recieve calls. if yes them nly display is gonne will cost aroumnd rs 1100 . chinese one is for around 600. nokia care will charge around 2000

its under warranty give it back to company

try a master reset

You need to simply restore your phone. Try 12345 it is the standard code settings... *#7780# type this simply and confirm your security code. And your nokia 6300 is Like new again.
