I am trying to upload photos from my samsung SGH-U600 to my laptop, using a USB cable. Immediately, when i plug it in it comes up with 3 options - Samsung PC studio - Media Player - Mass Storage. When i click on Samsung PC studio it comes up with nothing, when i choose Media Player, nothing comes up either but when i go to windows explorer, on the left side it says the name of my phone (SGH-U600) i click on it, there is a file named NAND. I click on that, all of the storage on my phone is meant to be there, but when i click on it it is empty, no photos in the file, not anything. I dont know what to do! I just want to upload simple photos to my computer! Its just too complicated i need some help!

you have a pc suite cd with your phone ...instal it to your computer and connect your phone with pc through cable. otherwise insert your memory card into card reader and then to pc,
Connect with usb cable to your laptop and use any of the photo editing softwares available; like windows photo gallery to import your pictures to your pc. Make sure the pc recognised the camera device before starting the application.
Turn on your phone, connect to your pc, open windows explorer, locate your phone (usualy the last 'removable disk'), navigate to the location on your phone where the photo's are stored (usualy on the memory card), select, copy, navigate to your pc and the location where you want them to go, paste.
i had same problem.the only way ive been able to upload my photos was to store them all to the memory card, and then insert memory card into a usb micro sd 2.0 adapter, then plug that into my computer. it then brings up the "save to file" option. isaved them all, then i could upload them to my facebook albums etc, by using the browse files option. hope this helps you.
