My production code dont work i think a trial verson of vista was loaded on and now only runs in safe mode

Did you actually purchase the software? It usually comes with a 30 or 60 day trial which also gives you a Key Code just for the trial version. You may want to look at that Product Key and make sure it's not just a trial version code.

I would boot in safe mode and attempt to run a scan for viruses or malware. That is what I would think the problem was
You could also do a system restore to before this problem started in safe mode. If you dont know how to get to safe mode google it. something like "Safe mode Windows Vista"

id reinstall vista ! if you want to do this you need to get in to the bios which u press F2 i believe when the comp first starts up when your in the bios scroll along to boot menu u shud see a boot list with your hard drive at the top ,you need to change your dvd drive to the top so itll boot from dvd , restart your computer with a windows vista disc in the dvd drive and i think it shud give you an option to fix your system if doesnt work then definitly do a clean install of vista using your product code . hope this works

in new laptops loaded with vista, only Vista is legitimate but Office 2007 is a 90-day trial software. you need to purchase the key code from microsoft. but if piracy is not an issue to you, visit the piratebay dot org

u shud not install vista of trial version.......... go for free installation of vista at google and than download it on your pc

Difference between C and C++
First of all there is a difference between C and C++

Download VS 2008
For C++ you can use Visual Studio 2008 which from the ground up was built for Vista so it should work fine. If you dont want to spend money try out the express edition from the microsoft site. You will be required to register the product but its not a trial and will work fine for you :)

For C you can run the programs in compatibility mode
If you still cannot find anything suitable for C to run under VISTA then you will have to right click on the exe file of your c compiler and choose to run it in compatibility mode. Choose Win Xp (Service pack 2) and it will run fine for you.

to go to safe mode press F8 just before windows starts. this works on all versons of windows.

shut down your computer and then turn it on while pressing and releasing the F8 botton on bootup (the black screen with some text that comes and quickly dissapears and then windows starts to load) if you could see "Safe Mode" option then this means your keyboard hardware is not damaged.
