You can download the detailed instruction for this radio here;
http://www.clarion.com/us/en/support/product_manuals_2/index.html?pdf='../../../../../../MungoBlobs/243/878/CX609_ENG.pdf'
I have the same stereo so if you can't figure out the manual let me know but it's pretty simple.

DOES CLARION BD357MP HAVE BLUETOOHT INTEGRATED

No, the Clarion BD357MP car stereo receiver does not have Bluetooth integrated. The receiver was released in 2007, and Bluetooth integration in car stereo systems was not as common at that time as it is now.
However, you may be able to use a Bluetooth adapter to connect your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device to the stereo. Some aftermarket Bluetooth adapters can be plugged into the auxiliary input of the stereo or connected via an FM transmitter to add Bluetooth functionality. Check the compatibility of any adapter with your Clarion BD357MP receiver before purchasing to ensure it will work properly.

THE CLARION CX609 WONT FIT IN MY 2001 CROWN VIC. ANY SUGGESTIONS BESIDES BUYING A DIFFERENT RECEIVER. WILLING BUT REALLY DONT WANNA

That is going to be a touch install if memory serves as your vehicle is not double din. Much easier to sell that and get a single din radio and install kit.

Clarion cx609 after my lg rumor 2 pairs with radio and I am listening to another source 30 sec later the Bluetooth audio turns on for my lg rumor . I never tried to pair it for bluetooth audio.

I had this same problem; here's what I think is happening. You have several bluetooth "profiles" on your phone; one of which allows for music streaming (A2DP) through BT. If this profile is enabled on your phone, then the radio "senses" that you've got a new source hooked up, that being your phone's music player. It's similar to if you're listening to the radio on the CX609 and then plug in your iPod--the radio senses a new source and swaps to it. If you disable the A2DP profile (assuming you don't use your phone for streaming music through your CX-609), and only leave the headset and/or handsfree profiles active, the radio WILL NOT switch to bluetooth mode. I did this on my Blackberry Tour and I now can enjoy my radio much more than when I had to swap back to the radio 30 seconds after I turned the key. Hope this helps!!!

CX609 Amp guard ?

, the message you are getting is "amp guard". This is the mesage it will display when a short in a speaker wire or speaker with low impedence is hooked to the internal amp and sends it into protect mode, shutting down the amplifier section while the rest of the unit continues to work.

check all of your speakers

On my clarion cx609 double din player i need an antenna out wire

This radio has a multi wire plug. In this mess of wires is a blue one and a blue with white tracer. The Blue and white tracer wire is for the amp and the solid blue is for antenna. If you do not see these then look for an empty socket in the back of the plug where all the wires are coming out. This might have been cut by someone or pulled out by a bad de-install job.

Clarion cx609 smooth install BUT it doesnt fit entirely flush in my 03' toyota 4runner. There are about 1/2 inch gaps on either side. HELP

This is a CORPORATE double din opening

You must use a dash install kit.
Metra makes one numbered 95-8210.

Other manufacturers make install kits for this vehicle as well. Scosche & American International to name a few.

I installed a Clarion CX609 unit When I call out on the bluetooth they can not hear me but I can hear them.

This stereo comes with a wired mini-microphone that you have to plug into the back of the stereo before you put the radio back in place. This wired mic is pretty long so you can run it inside the dash and even up one of the columns right or left of the windshield and to you sun-visor (comes with sun-visor clips). If you did not run this mic and put it somewhere out in the open then they will not hear you. If you did plug this in and run the mic then maybe it came unplugged when you put the radio into the dash. There is a mic gain in the settings Bluetooth menu but even in the lowest setting people will still hear something. If double check and it is plugged in and speaking right in to the mic has no effect then could be the mic is bad or radio is defective. You can plug in a regular computer mic (headset or stand alone) and try it to see if it is the mic or the radio (very unlikely it would be the radio).
