I have a Mitsubishi WD 52525 worked fine last night turned it on and verticle green lines across entire picture about 1"-2" apart. I have tried putting it in DVD mode or other device, lines still same, have tried the reset button. Help!!

I think that would be the digital video(formatter) board. Possible bad capacitor syndrome. Goog " bad caps and model."

Mitsubishi WD-52525 was working fine and now it will not turn on

This is just a shot - but it worked with my Sony (same problem).
Pressed remote power on button AND held Power button on TV on at the same time.

Set clicked 4 or 5 times and then came on....

Other, most have a (VERY small) reset switch on the rear - near where the power cord enters the TV... Use a flashlight and a mirror to locate it on your set....

Green Lines with Picture behind

Could be serious...but first check the screen modes (for split screen, format, etc) to be sure the tv is set up properly for the picture you are trying to watch. Switch the input to a DVD or something similar. Is it the same? If not, you have a mode/resolution problem with the tuner and perhaps some other device.

No picture

If i am to understand this correctly, this is a rear projection television. Inside there may be 1 - 3 " color " control boards that control the picture before going on to the projector. an accumulation of dust / dirt / debris has adverse affects on electronic componants, make sure they are dust free (compressed air cleans them off quite well. If using a home compressor, make sure there is a vapor filter to remove water from the airlines.)

If they are clean, and as you said you recently had the television serviced to replace the projection lamp, take the television back to the repair shop to have them determine the problem.

If you yourself replaced the projection lamp, be sure to check all connections are properly seated if you had to disconnect something, make sure they are in the proper places, and any connections are securely connected.

If all else fails, have a local electronics / television repair person check the unit for faulty componants.

Green horizontal lines on screen no picture

The green CRT's (color picutre tube or color wheel, or ballast) will need to be tested for replacement.
It is quite common with these tv's

You will need an ohmmeter and or voltmeter and test each component for currency and accuracy

Mitsubishi WD-52525 with green horizontal lines

You need to replace the capacitors on the FMT PWB this is a common problem with the V26 chassis which is what your model number is. They have some bad capacitors that need to be Changed. There is a repair Kit available for the FMT repair.Let me know if you would like the link for the repair Kit. Please respond to this same post if you do want the repair kit which does involve soldering.
