My mother board is total dead i can check all type of card level which fault is in my mother board

I suggest you check all connections from the battery to the various components, including fuse board,starter and the

You don't give enough information. You need to decide if motherboard is starting up - and you can hear hard disk(s) running and accessing data, or if everything is totally dead.

If the former the lack of a display could be a fault with your graphics card.

You need to see if the power supply is running, look and see if its fan is going and then listen to see if hard disk motor is running. If these are dead try a replacement Power Supply.
If you get some text or graphics on the screen when you first turn on, and before screen goes blank, that suggests it is running and the blank screen can be due to a software problem.

If you need more help, supply more info about the fault.

The fault can be the mic input amplifier which is not working to increment the signal to the desired level to be fed into the circuit.
So you will need to trace the signal path if you are confirmed with the mic connection and type.
It is fault in the mother board.

Can be lots of things, common ones :

USB shorting the PC - remove all usb devices
PSU not coping with demand, again remove all devices
Board fault could be buses - remove all not crucial PCI cards - modem cards regularly cause this
Board could be dead - throw in the bin

Can you get as far as BIOS screen then into Windows - if so try a safe mode. Also are you getting any beeps. Beeps can tell you at POST level when the fault is.

board is energy p3 pls check ur soung card model, to check ur sound card model in run command type dxdiag.exe and check sound detail if u found ur sound card detail go to google page type ur model of sound card and download .

Yes, it could be mother board or bad speaker wire. Or get another sound card and have someone install it for you and load the driver. again, If you have the driver for that old sound card, remove and install it again.If the sound card is on the mother board, go to the manufacture and download the driver.

did u check the memory card clean the surface if its ok contact a chip level engineer because u might have problem with ur power section in ur mother board
