The auto answering or the call divert is acccidently put on in your phone.You can take menu . settings, call settings and cancel all diverts in this screen.
Now test the phone. If not call up your service provider to confirm.
Set phones ring style as "Vibrate then Ring" , "Vibrate" , or "Silent" to avoid the power on alert.
I set my ring style to "Vibrate then ring" so that I dont have to change the settings everytime I turn it on or forget to so when I receive phone calls or alerts it still rings & then I dont have to go back and change the settings again when I turn tha phone off so that is dosent have the power on alert.
This is the Only way I have found to turn the phone power on tone/alert off.
Change Ring Style:
-Go to Main Menu
-Settings
-Select Ring style
-Then choose change, & set it to the ring style you want.
SIM cards are all similar looking but are locked for use with different cellular providers. Also if you bought a phone on a plan to a certain provider, then the phone itself is locked to that provider.
