Actually, when you get more than one paper feeding in at a time, it is almost always the separation pad being worn down. Go here to buy a new sep. pad and tell them Ken from National Cartridge Co. sent you there!
Press MENU - 2 4 1 then you can choose to have that feature ON or OFF. the +Image means that it will also print a copy of the first page sent so you can actually verify the document sent.
if you enable send report you can get an a4 page with time and date confirming that the fax has been sent, but when set up it will print for every fax. the other option is to have it print on error only and you can manually print report of sent recieved items( all date and time stamped) with the number sent to as a list.
Its called "Transmission Verification Report"
Press Menu, 2, 4, 1
Select ON or On+Image
This will come with every fax you send.

On the top right of the machine select Reports In the center of the machine use the right arrow key till in the window it says #4 Transmission It will print you the information for the last fax that you sent.
