Hi,
I am using seven 7941G IP Phones on Catalyst 3750G switch. The problem is that three of my ip phones are not powering up after replugging the ethernet cable to the ip phone. I checked the switch interfaces on these ports and it shows line & protocol down. The same port starts working when i plug the ethernet cable into the PC. Please help me in this regard.
You need to ensure that each port that has a phone plugged into it is configured with power over ethernet configured switched on.

Could be issues with the PoE power source on your switch. Sometimes the PoE components stop working and do not generate voltage on all ports. You could try using a Cisco 48V AC Adapter and see if the phones still display the same issue.
