5300 mouthpiece is not working

It is not a common problem with this kind of phone, maybe the phone drop from you or you sat on the phone, anyway, the problem is that the mouth piece on your phone is malfunctioning that is why people call or people that calls you barely hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that after the replacement of the mouth piece, anybody that call you or people you call will hear you clearly.

Just change the mouth piece as advice and you will see that the problem is solve. meanwhile, you can be using hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece.

The reason she can call out and the person she is calling can hear her is because the mouth piece is working perfectly.

The reason she can't receive a call or hear the person she is calling is simply because the speaker of the phone is faulty.

1. remove the battery cover, the battery and the sim,
2. Use the screwdriver or tweezers to gently pry off the RF grommet located on the antenna cap,
3. then you can split the phone open carefully and try to locate the speaker
4. by lifting up the panel below the speaker,
5. carefully disconnect the speaker from the board,
6. and replace it with a new one,
7. reverse the whole procedure for reassembly

this is because the mouthpiece/mic of your phone is faulty.

I would suggest that you clean the mouthpiece/mic of your phone as dust might have blocked the hole and not making other people hear you.

If it does not work after cleaning, then it means the mouthpiece needs to be replaced.

You also have a option of using a hand free/earphone for your phone pending the time you fix the mouth piece problem.

The problem with your phone i the mouthpiece, the mouthpiece is faulty that why nobody can hear you.

The mouthpiece of your phone has either shifted from its original position or it is faulty.

Open your phone and set the mouth piece so that it is in line with the mouthpiece hole of your phone casing,

Close the phone and test it if it works. If it doesn't then the mouth piece of your phone should be changed.

What you should do is to open your phone,look at the bottom part of the phone,that is the part you normally speak through,you will see the mouth piece.

Try shifting it so it aligns with the mouthpiece hole on the case of your phone.

Fix the casing back properly then test if it works, i am sure it will

this is a mouthpiece problem from your phone.

Loose the phone and read the mouthpiece with a meter. Or clean the phone board where the mouthpiece contacts.

If this does not work, it means you have to change the mouthpiece.

You can use a earphone to receive and make calls for the main time, till you change your mouthpiece.

go to the nearest sevice center and ask them to replace the mouth piece.....or microphone either....
