Are you trying to set up the router.
You can do it manually without the CD.
Make sure that your computer is able to go online through the modem.
If your computer is not able to go online through the modem then you will need to call ISP first.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem
then you need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.

1.Connect modem to the one separate port of the router on which you would see Internet, Wan or Lan.
2. Connect one of the Four port of the router to the laptop or desktop.
3.Insert the disk that came with the router into the laptop drive and install it.
4. Turn on the wireless services on the laptop by hitting the wireless button the laptop.
5. Now, connect to the available wireless networks.
