I replaced the kitchen sink and hooked everything up, I have water pressure to the faucet but when I turn on the water it just drips out. what's wrong here

The market is full of brands making these faucets but how to decide which one is the best suited to your needs. Below mentioned are few things which should be kept in mind while making a purchase of a touchless kitchen faucets.

• Position of the motion sensor
  It is important to check where the sensor is placed on your kitchen faucet. Their position varies from brand to brand. Some of them come with the sensor installed on their spout, while others have them at the bottom or the top of the faucet. It is up to you to select the one which suits your needs. Moen touchless faucets have two sensors, and the wave sensor is placed at the top which is responsible for the activation and deactivation of water flow and the other sensor, ready sensor is placed at the bottom, which is used merely for identifying the articles in your sink.
• Power Source
  When it comes to a power source, there are two types of touchless kitchen faucets in the market. For the ones that need a continuous power supply you have to make sure that they are installed near a power outlet in your kitchen. The other type runs on a battery and can be placed anywhere. You can choose either depending upon your kitchen needs.
• Others
  Before buying the faucet for your kitchen make sure its length, height, etc. is appropriate for your kitchen. Also make sure whether it is easily installable or not.

sounds like a bad faucet//only if you had good pressure before it was installed..to cheaply test..take the hot water off from the shutoff valve and spray it into a milk jug to see if theres good flow..then replace the faucet assmbly..dont forget to turn off the shutoff valve first..or you will get a watery surprise!

Clean the faucet aerator.
Always run your tubs first so junk in lines comes out tub spout, then faucet taps last with aerators removed.

Remove the spray head and point the hose into the sink drain. Turn the faucet on. If you have good pressure, cal American Standard for a free replacement spray head.
If you still have low water pressure without the spray head, ask them for a new faucet cartridge.
After replacing the faucet cartridge, if you still have low water pressure you will need to ask for a new faucet, possibly free if yours is still under warranty.

Check the screen at the hose connection under the sink. Check the hoses for any large debris in them. Verify that the water pressure coming from the water outlets under the sink is good. There is obviously a restriction somewhere...you just need to locate it.

it souns like a factory flaw in the piping or whoever hooked it up, over bent or kinked the line

Sounds like the cartridge needs to be cleaned or replaced. May be clogged or faulty. This requires turning off water under the sink and pretty much taking the faucet apart.

Step11Turn off the water supply. You'll find a shut-off valve under your kitchen sink. Once the water is turned off, open up the kitchen faucets to allow the water remaining in the pipes to drain way. Step2Catch the drips by placing a bucket under the hot water supply line, located on the left side of your sink. Even a minimum of water can cause a mess and be potentially damaging. Step3Use a wrench to remove the compression nut that secures the hot water supply line. Let the disconnected section fall into the bucket. Use the wrench to loosen and remove the nut at the other end of the line and remove it as well. Step4Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the cold water supply line. Step5Replace the cold water supply line. Hand-tighten the nuts on both ends, then use the wrench to tighten the nuts completely. Repeat the process with the hot water supply line. Step6Turn on the water supply and test for leaks

ouch sadly im sure it was pricy to have him out  so my suggestion would be to call him back and have him take off the price of what he charged you or have him fix it for no charge could be just need some plumbers putty around the faucet to stop a little water that may seep threw under the faucet good luck 

Your problem is a simple one.

1. Turn off water to faucet.
2. Place a towel(s) in the base of the sink(s) to prevent any parts from going down drain.
   
3. Remove the handle to the faucet. (single handle only)
   
4. If not a single handle then remove spout from faucet.
5. If a single handle remove cap carefully and any loose parts.
6. Gently turn spout side to side while lifting to remove.
7. You will see a hole with a very small valve where the water comes out to the spout on the base of the faucet.

1. Remove this valve (which is a backflow preventer) and replace.
2. Reassemble and test.
   

Problem solved.
