Hi,
Please HELP! My kitchen aid gas range is showing the following code in the control panel: F2EO in the upper right corner, and the words "Err" "stuck key" on the left side. I have unplugged the range for an hour then after plugging it back in the message returns. If I turn the range "off" then hit "start" the control panel asks me to "set the clock" but when I try the number pad doesn't work; then, I press "bake" and the oven turns on to "pre-heating" status for about 20 seconds before automatically shutting off and the F2EO code reappears.
I really appreciate any help you can provide, funds are very low right now and I have a long list of emergency items that need to be taken care of before this. Thank You so much for your assistance.
Sincerely, Roxane

Replace Electronic Range Control/Clock(ERC)
theres the bad news its reading a stuck key pad. replace the control..
there may be a good side and that is depending on age of machine they usually come with a 5 yr part warr on their electrical components, in which case youd only pay service and labor to install it

Hi
Error code F5-E3 indicates that there is an issue with the
door latch switch assembly; if the switch tests open then the door lock
assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further
assistance.

I have Model KGRA806PSSO which has the same problem
exact same error code on ours!
Same problem--I've had it before a couple of times, and it's resolved on its own... eventually. I don't know whether it will this time or not. I think KitchenAid needs to fix this, as I see people with this problem all over the web...
Add me to your list of stuck key Err F2EO
Tried turning off breaker a couple of times to reset and it does nothing. Stove is less than 2 years old.Won't be buying Kitchenaid again.
