Question about Kenmore 53092 / 53094 Side by Side Refrigerator
I had a small leak in the water line (plastic) that I had to repair. I turned off the water to the unit, repaired the leak, but now the ice machine isn't getting water or the water isn't filling the tray. There is water to the unit because I can get water at the door. Is there some sort of reset that I don't know about or do I newed a new module?
I'm uncertain as to your approach to the actual repair of the tubing, but when you turned the water off and then on some sediment may have clogged the water inlet screen for the icemaker. Turn the water off and check the water inlet screens for a possible clog. If not clogged, contact an appliance service company.
