SOURCE: Help Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver For Windows, help help

I bought this system recently, and it had the same problem from the beginning.

I opened it, and found that the problem was the F1 Fuse that is cutting the current. You have to open it and bypass (soldering) the two legs of the F1 Fuse.

This is how to open it: http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/6896/openingoi6.jpg
and this is the circuit: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/231/receivereb4.jpg

Hope this will help ;P

SOURCE: i have a old xbox system and my wireless

Check to verify that your batteries are installed correctly.
- Check to verify that the power is on. Check to verify that the signal LED is blinking

If this does not solve the problem, do the following:

1. Make sure your Xbox is turned off.
2. Remove the battery lid and place 2 AA batteries into the Blade 2.4 Street Wireless Controller. Make sure the batteries are inserted as shown in the battery compartment.
3. Insert the receiver into your Xbox controller slot of your choice and power up the controller FIRST, then your Xbox.
4. Press the Connect button on the receiver once. Your signal LED light will begin to flash slowly.
5. Press the Back button on your controller. This will program the receiver to connect to the controller each time it is uses.
6. Turn on your Xbox and insert a game.

SOURCE: the guide button on my pelican wired controller

You are having a controller board problem I would suggest getting it repaired or replaced or you can take it apart and make sure everything is in working order such as no burnt buttons or melted solder.

Nyko charger won't charge

Had same problem with blinking lights and not charging.
Plug charger base in (blinking lights), remove controllers, and plug USB cable into front charge slot (behind hinged panel). This reset charger base and lights stopped blinking. As FYI - the USB was connected to other device (charging it). Add the controllers and correct charging lights show up - including the controller 1 and 2 symbols. Controllers now charging.

Gharge kit not gharging battery

if its not a problem with the charge station then it must be the battery. i had the same problem. i had a microsoft(xbox 360) charge station and bought a "gigaware" battery and charger for my controller. the cord charged the gigaware just fine but the dual charge station would not. good luck with it bud sorry if this doesnt help. key point is that the battery has to be the same brand as the charge station.

How do i link the pelican remote to the xbox 360?

There should be several USB ports on your 360. There should be one in the back and two in the front lower part of the console. It is hidden beneath a small flap you can push in with your fingers and slide the cable into the usb

I cant get a connection with the xbox and the standard controller

The usb ports are soldered onto the mainboard and would require quite a bit of technical knowlege to replace. You are stuck with wireless controllers and batteries. There are charging stations for xbox 360 controllers on ebay. Most 360's have a USB port on the back above the network port. You could charge with that one. Good Luck

Negative and positive cords came off

I don't recommend the Mad Catz charging station. Believe it or not, evidence is piling up that the charging station actually increases the internal temperature! I'd recommend performing a fan modification on your Xbox 360. There is a great free guide posted here. 12V Fan Modification Guide

My xbox controllers will not charge with the plug in kit. The light turns red, then either immediately green, or it starts to blink red-off-red-off.

I had the same problem. The Battery pack on mine was dead for a long time as i havent touched my Xbox 360 in a while. So
SOLUTION
Step 1. Plug the play and charge cord into the controller
Step 2. If Light turns green within a minute or so, Unplug the play and charge cord and go to Step 1 (Repeating this process until the light stays red on the play and charge cord (3-10 times))

Alkalines won't work in my 360 controller.

there are units designed to run on rechargeable batteries and some that run on alkaline batteries
the difference is the current draw required
alkaline batteries have a high discharge rate available but for short duration while the others have a smaller discharge rate but over a longer period of time
you should only use the type of batteries recommended for the unit
