It sounds like you have an issue with the "temperature control assembly" (directly behind the touchpad).

Why is Fridge not cooling well?

The part number you need is going to be WR09X10050. This is for the damper assembly, but while you are at it change out part number WR55X10150. this is the part that controls the damper and more than likely if one fails the other will be soon to follow

Fridge not staying cold

First make sure that ur frig.is level. Then checx the cooling coils in the back. Make sure that all the vents, frig. and frezzer, are clear. Ur moisture control could be another factor.

Fridge cooling 54 degrees - freezer 38 degrees and 24 degrees

Will not be the defrost timer as they have a set cycle independant of the normal cycle...unless your fridge is eletronic. Did you stand the fridge up when shifting?

Amount of time the compressor and fan stay on

its the old story, is it now working fine, if so leave it,

the answer to your question though, how long would it take to cook a pie with the oven door not closing properly, or at the wrong setting,

it varies by what the outside influences are, as long as it settles down in the end and now works properly then all is well, don't forget the fridge will have warmed up as it were so it would take a while to get it to the right coldness, if the door wasn't closed it would take forever wouldn't it????
