Help! Virgin 5gb problems

I dowloaded the software updates from the virgin website, after rebooting my computer i was left with the orginal installation files on the mp3 player. ive tried reformatting my player then putting the PP5020.MI4 file back onto it.

I have also reinstalled the software, the player is recognised by the software (WMP10) and i can sync music, but when i disconnect the player it says 'couldn't' find any music...'. the software clearly shows that the music is on there but its not on the player.

someone please help me, thanks

I have fixed this, and I hate this player, however this is the solution

I've uploaded ALL YOU'LL EVER NEED on this rapidshare link, I format my player and bringit back to life with only this...
http://rapidshare.com/files/106001227/Player.rar.html

1.- unrar to the player
2.- try if it works, if not go to 2.1
2.1.- install the software, included in the rar file, then try if it works it should

IMPORTANT: when you have manage to make it work do this, it will save you a lot of time

1.- browse your player to the system/data folder and backup those files, if you get any future troubles (like no music found, strange characters instead of artist's list) replace those files with your backup, backup those files always after adding new music!!!

2.- save the rar file I've uploaded, if you have the wmp plugin already installed and you get the "Oh dear this hard disk doesn't work" message again, just format the player, and put every single file from the rar to the player

3.- excuse my english...
any further problems --> msn: [email protected]

4.- help other virgin 5gb users

Get 4G working again after last system update on a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime on the Virgin Mobile network. It's a Virgin Mobile phone and does not require a SIM card.

Try rebooting the phone. If that fails you may need to have virgin re authorize the phone. It may even require factory reset. Make sure you back up any data...photos, contacts, etc. First.
