This is the steps on hoe to unlock memory card of nokia 5310.

1. Please Locate the small memory card slot in the bottom-right corner of your Nokia 5310. Insert the memory card in this slot if it isn't already inserted, and then turn on your phone.


• 2. Then use the keypad on your Nokia 5310 to enter the unlock code when you see the prompts on screen. You chose this code yourself the first time you used the memory card with your 5310.
  

• 3. Wait for the text-box to appear on screen informing you that the memory card is unlocked. At this point your memory card is free and available for use.
  

go to your stting and then go to restore setting it ask u a security code type 12345

The firmware seems to have gone corrupt. Reinstall either yourself or get it done through Nokia Care. When Nokia Care does it, complete firmware is rewritten and thus over writes the virus if any. Take your choice.

Did you replace battery recently? Sounds like it has bad or wrong battery. If not, it is just dead.

To fix:
Power up phone on charger
While it is ON, pull the battery
Leave out for 1/2 to 3hr - phone still plugged in
Replace Battery, phone will power cycle and start charging
Leave plugged into charger 10-14hrs
Should be good now

press *#7470# for master reset to reformat your phone turn off your phone first and hold press * call sign 3 and turn on your phone.
