If this set does not have a HD Tuner, you must use a HD cable Box or HD Satillite Receiver. The HD Componet inputs are marked on the back of the unit.
You will need a set of Componet Cables and a set of Audio Cables. Match the output of which ever Converter you have with the cables to your tv and you are done.

go to this websight leave an e-mail with your model number and let them know you need a signal board and they should be able to help you plus there prices are very reasonable and they also offer free online tech support to their customers http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
Yes, either some resistor has changed and it's pulling down the blue and green or depending on how much red it could be a short on the red line. Also you can open back of set and try this. Each CRT's have a Focus Block with Screen control. Maybe you can turn down red and align up with blue and green. The professional way of doing color is to get a good grey scale, meaning black and white picture. THis is turning down you color on set to zero and looking and adjusting to black and white as good as possible. You can try this but if there is a serious problem it may not help. The problem may have to be resolved first. Be very careful in touching anything while set is on, unfortunatly you have to have the set on to properly adjust. but you can use something plastic or rubber end screw drivers
The Tv can only handle a 1080i imput you need to go to the settings on the blue ray player and turn off the HDMI and select component with an output of 1080i. The TV will not accept a 1080p signal
