I baught Acer Aspire 4736 2 pcs...one with Vista nad other Window 7.
both operating systems faied to detect blue tooth device (built-in)
It seems that only button is present and there is no such blue tooth inside the system.
Go into your devices manager and check to see if the drivers for your bluetooth are installed,you may have to install them yourself
If you can get into setup(bios),by tapping the F1,F2,or delete key during boot,there will be a menu with advanced and it will show the hardware in your laptop that is enabled or disabled.Check to see if its enabled..if not,then enable it.After that choose exit and save changes then after the laptop boots into windows,assuming tht was the problem,windows will indicate that it found new hardware,that will be your bluetooth.If that isnt the solution,get back to me and I will give further instructions to help you as much as I can...good luck:)

I have drivers CD..when I installed the blue tooth deriver...it says that the device is not pluged in...
The device is built-in, so how can I overcome this problem
