New haier freezer with no refrigerant and no way

Unplug and leave for 4 hours . then plug back in . turn temp up and reach in the back of fridge and see if you feel cold coming in from the vent. If not replace fan motor in freezer side .

If this crack goes all the way inside the unit then plug it with a foam sealer to avoid energy loose.

At this point I am assuming the refrigerator portion is working. It sounds like it may be a thermostat or a low refrigerant charge. If you cannot find it with the links I have attached you should contact a servace tec but also it possibly is in warrenty so start where you purchased the unit.

my refridgerator freezes too much in the freezer and does not get cool in the cooling section

1...Check the fan that pushes the air from the freezer to the refrigerator it could be defective, if it is it will cause this type of problem. 2...Check your thermostat and make sure it is on the colder setting. I hope this helped you, Please rate me...Thanks

The thermostat that controls when the compressor needs to run has probaly quit.

I have a haier compact refrigerator ESR042PBB.I lost power and when power was restored the refrigerator didnt work.Th einterior light came back on but the refrigerator wont cool. I checked the back and the cooler is hot.I unplugged it and let it stay unplugged over night. The next day I plugged it back in and left it for 24hrs.It still doesnt work.
