sounds like a bad smps or bad display. I would try the smps, but if that doesn't do it the display costs as much as the tv most likely.

T-con board. Check lvds cable for tight connection.

Check the inside of the unit at all solder joints to the screen. Either the screen is bad, or loose solder joints

The lower "Y Buffer" board is defective. Best repaired by a technician, or contact Phillips support for the part if you think you are able to replace a small circuit board on your own.

you need to replace y-sustain board.
