My son cannot get to his new email address

You can’t change the number and email address. This has to be done by a phone service like AT&T, T-Mobile, etc., or a company that is contracting with them that sells their service, like WalMart, Target, etc. They would assign a mobile phone number and use whatever email address you may already have from your Internet Service Provider , e.g., Cox, Comcast, etc.
If you have a device using your son’s email address and a phone number, different from what you want, you may have to cancel the contract (assuming you have one) with them in order to get a new number assigned by a different company. Cancelling the contract may still hold you responsible to pay the fees for the entire contract (e.g., 2-years) you currently have, or you may have a penalty to pay. Check with you current phone service provider, e.g., AT&T. Make sure to ask about penalties and fees if you cancel your current contract. They may be willing to roll over your current contract to a new one, and not charge you penalties. Ask !

Not sure what software you're using but try:
1. hit the enter key after putting in the e-mail address
2. can you click "compose" *before* putting in the address?

To register with PayPal you need your email address. If your email address has been used by your son then PayPal will not register you. So, get a new email address.

he needs to remember the email address he used to create the PSN account. without knowing the email address used, nothing can be recovered.

if your son does know the email, he can click forgot password and try to recover the password or reset it.

contacting sony will not produce any result as many users have tried before. sony will not release any confidential information.

if all is lost, you must create a new account with a new email address.

I am sorry to hear that. Well, since facebook has no services to directly write to them or contact them, you may face some difficulty. But, I'll let you know whatever I know of about Facebook and how to contact them including the address. The following are the contact details I have with me. Tell them honestly that he is your real son, mentioning his name email address etc..

If you know his email's password you can get the facebook's password, but I don't think you have it either.

All you can do is to dis associate yourself from the old email as it cannot be completely removed.

Only yahoo has the capability to delete or remove an email address completely.

The most likely reason is that an anti-spam service/product has blocked them. For example, it could be one of:

• Your ISP has implemented a spam-blocking service which regards the addresses your son's/friend's emails are coming from as spammers
• A new version of your anti-virus software has been installed, perhaps as part of an auto-update, and this now includes an anti-spam component which is behaving as above.
• Your email client program (e.g. Outlook Express, Thunderbird) has been updated, again perhaps automatically, and it has an over-zealous spam filter.
