You have to shut the radio off. Then press and hold down the main knob until u see the menu., scroll throught the menu until you get to aux 1, then turn it on. I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Don't forget to rate my answer.
this works on some other pioneer head units i encountered it may work on yours. Shut it off and hold the function button until the options appear then
you can scroll through and change a bunch of settings including the aux
input
I think this can be done with the stereo on but you have to hold down either the e button or 1 of the buttons on the right side of face(not audio)maybe and a menu will pop up and you should run into a screen that ask off on or off you will want it on and then you should be able to access ur ipod by pressing the source button.Hope this helps.
You can get replacement wiring harnesses from Pioneer (www.pioneerelectronics.com) or from a local stereo shop that sells Pioneer product. Also, check Ebay...there are often times harnesses for sale for any model of radio from all across the country.
