First remove agitator by taking top of agitator off and putting your hand down the centre of it and unscrewing the wingnut holding the agitator to the main drive shaft. once the nut is loose pull the agitator out and bail the water out by hand using a pot or jug. once the bowl is empty u can look underneath. to the right hand side front of machine u will see a red or black fan that is attached to the pump. turn the fan clockwise and then anti clockwise and hopefully that will unjam the pump. the fan should turn freely. then put machine back on its feet.refit agitator. turn on unit select spin and it should start draining.if it doesnt reply back and i will help u more. please turn off power to unit b4 u work on it. good luck

My Samsung washing machine is stuck at the rinsing cycle, it does not drain. Can the water level faulty pressure sensor cause it?

Yes, a faulty water level pressure sensor can cause a washing machine to get stuck at the rinsing cycle and not drain. The water level pressure sensor is responsible for detecting the water level in the washing machine tub and signaling the control board to activate the drain pump to remove the water. If the pressure sensor is faulty and cannot detect the water level, it may not signal the control board to activate the drain pump, causing the washing machine to get stuck in the rinsing cycle.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:
  1. Turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Locate the water level pressure sensor, which is typically located on the side of the washing machine tub.
  3. Check the wiring and connections to make sure they are secure and not damaged.
  4. Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the water level pressure sensor. If the sensor is faulty, it will need to be replaced.
  5. If the sensor appears to be working properly, check the drain pump and hoses for clogs or obstructions.
  6. Reconnect the washing machine and run a cycle to see if the issue has been resolved.
If you are unsure about performing any of these steps or if the issue persists, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician for assistance.

Washer continuously fills but drains at the same time during rinse cycle.

you have the drain pipe too low into tthe house drain pipe, raise the washers drain pipe up , you only need four inches down into the hous drain

also the house drain pipe needs to be as high as the lid of the machine before you put the washer drain tube into the house drain

you have a syphoning effect
