Check with toshiba, they have an update on this link
On my Toshiba M105-S3051 the reset switch is a pin hole above and to the left of my microphone jack on the front.

When The Light Is Blue You are getting Power To The Unit. Have You Tried removing the battery Leave The Power Cord Pluged Into The Side Of The Unit. Then Try To Power The Unit Up Again. If Nothing Happens. Chck The manual I Think There Is A Reset Button Somewhere On The Machine Most Toshibas Have Them Somewhere. Hope This Works

I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S2716 its about 3 years old and I have tried all extended life batteries but they don't charge.

Toshiba had issued a bulletin and a BIOS upgrade (version 2.0) to address the battery not charging/working issue (it's a bug in the system is what it is). Make sure that's done before contemplating any hardware changes or repairs.

The LCD assembly will have a part number either on a paper sticker or printed on some empty real estate. Check for one that matches the structure of part number(s) listed on eBay.

Power

1: verify that the Power Adapter is putting out 19.2v
If not, replace the adapter

If it is, then the problem may be in the on/off button console, the front MOSFETs that acts like an electronic switch. OR a small ceramic fuse.

in all honesty, you should provide additional information.

Battery charge light on?
Power light on?
Noise?
Fan turns?
Is the light on on the power supply?
Is the battery charged?

Toshiba a100 laptop

Definitely try without the battery. These models are known to have a "short" problem, usually with the palm rest, which causes this failure, although it usually is more sporatic, and doesn't happen 100% of the time.
Also, can you remove all but 1 piece of memory.
Good luck, and let us know what happens.
