I got a new computer and can't find the software cd for my Phillips GoGear to put it on the new computer to be able to sync music to the device. My daughter has a Sanjo and all she has to do is just plug hers into the usb port and it recognizes it and will sync the music(her mp3 didnt come with software). When I plug my Phillips into the usb- it will recognize it and even show me the songs that are already on the device but it will not sync it. Help- Ive looked everywhere for the cd software but no luck. Well same as everyone else cannot find the software mom probaly lost it ..
