It means your Dvd-Drive can't read the contents of the Cd/Dvd media, try the media on another computer and check if it can be read or not, if it is so, then your option is to copy the files from the cd to the other Pc and save it to your flash drive, so that you can install it later, or if you can, replace the dvd/cd rom drive with another spare. Good luck.

Is the product key for Microsoft office 2013 the same as all product keys for 2013 Microsoft offices that operate under laptops using windows 8.1?

The product key is associated with the MS Office 2013 software, not the specific MS Windows version of Operating System - unless the MS Office lists a minimum version of OS ie: "Windows 8.0" In this case, it would not install on Windows 7. Otherwise, you should be able to install it on Windows 7, Windows 8, or later.

Can i remove a pirate copy of windows 7 and replace it with my genuine copy of windows xp

Hello,
you would need to insert to XP disc in the cd drive and reboot the pc. As the pc reboot whatch for "Press any key to boot from disk". This will make the pc bypass the hard drive and load the boot file from the XP disk. Once you have answered the inital start questions, it will give the option to format the hard drive or create an extended drive. If Win 7 is not needed any more, I strongly suggest doing the format and have a fresh, new install of XP, Genuine copy.

Good luck.

How do I download and install micrsoft office 2010 on my laptop from the internet for the first time? The operating system is Windows 7.

MS Office 2010 is not a free program.
You will need to purchase a copy of MS Office to get the product installationkey.
For an alternative free program, OPEN OFFICE is a full-featured officesuite that's compatible with Microsoft Office.
If you want Open Office you can download this free program.

Iam using Windows7 ultimate.I have succesfully removed wga which appears at the bottem right corner using removeWat,but iam still getting the message that windows7 is not geninue.

If the windows 7 installation on your computer/laptop is not a genuine copy(purchased),and only been installed to your computer,it will not accept it as a genuine copy of Windows. You will need to purchase a new copy of Windows 7.You can also try calling Microsoft to confirm if it is in fact a legitimate, licensed copy.

I tried using the produtkey at the bottom of my notebook..but its not working

The product key located at the bottom of your laptop might be the product key for windows. If you computer/laptop came with a Disk of the MS Office then look on that DVD or it's cover to see the product key information. If you don't have a genuine copy of MS Office then better buy a legal genuine copy from Microsoft.

Ms office 2007 home and student edition

If you have the product key, you can simply install the program on the new computer and uninstall the program on the old computer. To move files you created with using Microsoft Office you can copy the files (usually in My Documents) to a flash drive or a CD or other medium to copy on to your new computer.
