Question about Gaggia Evolution Espresso Machine
My Gaggia Evolution is about a year old. Recently it appears to be overheating. Coffee comes out with little crema, and seems ''grainy-like''. It runs so hot I can steam the milk without switching the steam switch on!
I descaled the machine several times thinking it had something to do with it. It did not help...
Check the thermostat on the side of the boiler, that might be damaged.

There are many possible points that the leak can be.
All points of the water supply from water tank to the pressure pump then to boiler and finally to coffee group. All this are connected together with plastic or Teflon pipes with easy fit unions secure with clips
