The washing machine öko Lavamat 8840 update stops at 21 minute from the en of the programme and code C1 is shown with pre-washing button blinking. If I press the start button the machine finishes normally. I do not have the notice of use anymore and would like to acces it through Internet

Hello. I got error code C9 on a LAVAMAT 86800. It pumped in water, and it pumps out water. You can select pump in or out....But the motor dont turn. It will not sentrifuge. So I bought new carbon brush'es on the net. One of them were totally wore down. Now it works. They lasted for 10 years.

1) Hold in the Pre-wash & soaking buttons TOGETHER;
2) At the same time, turn the knob clockwise from the OFF position, to "Short Spin". All the LEDS light up.
3) turn the knob anti-clockwise to "energy saving"
4) Machine is reset and the door release clicks.

Switch your machine off and then back on again.
