No Service Problem in China Phone

i have a china made mobile n8 but after inserted it shows invalid sim what's the solution of this problem

Your phone is locked to ATT network. Every company does that to restrict you from getting any other network. When you insert another sim of another network, your phone gets network lock.
You have to call the current network provider to unlock you from their network. Regards, Biswa.

I have to inform you that China sells alot of "unlocked" phones some of them are legit some are not.There are alot of conterfeit phones coming out of China you have to be careful. It's clear that the sim card is fine if you used it previously in another AT&T phone.

The problem is the phone itself, either A. it is not unlocked as it was advertised to be or B. the phone is bunk period....can you post the website you purchased this from ?

There is not much we can do from this site, AT&T was your best bet. Typically they will not deal with "unlocked" phones did you mention to them that you purchased it from China ?

you need to have the phone exchanged for a new one or take it to a service center and have the software reflash.

I think you need to bring your phone to cingular to have it configured

hte thing is...ur phone is handset bundled offer phone..so til the validity ends on ur new sim card..the phone is designed to detect only new sim..so ucant change til validity ends...or u may approach any private local mobile repair shop..i wont cost u much..

No it sounds lke you have a phone that has a problem with the service provder. Please call sprint or what ever phone company have and check the phone to see if you can activate it. A lot of phone unlocked from china are hot or stolen and can not be serviced. Meaning they wont register on anyones network
