Hampton Bay Cessna Glass Globe Replacement

I broke my glass bulb on my fan and have tried in vein to get it from Home Depot. They say that it is no longer available. Help.

    We have two Hampton Bay fans. Both globes came loose and fell down & broke. I cannot find replacements either. This is definitely a scheme by Home Depot to get you to buy a whole new fan. What a ripoff. I will never buy another fan there.

    Bought two Gazebo Plus Hampton Bay 52" Ceiling Fans, a tenant broke the glass and I am unable to find any replacement. Home Depot has the intermediate bulbs for the fans (odd to put those in there as they are a specialty item and unnecessary) but no glass. Need a 9 to 9 1/2" diameter lighter weight glass replacement for this unit.

    I have the same problem but not the same fan -
    New fan installed and carpet layer broke globe - can not get replacement. It is a Cabrerra by Hampton Bay. Where can I go or do I have to buy a new fan?

Cabrerra 52" upc # is 082392613754 . Call Hampton Bay (King of Fans) in Ft Lauderdale Fl at 800-330-3267 . i needed same and just called. they quoted $20 for globe plus $15 shipping. Hope that helps

Here is the number for hampton bay 1-877-898-0998 and here is their sister company tal international corp 909 923 2888. i got a few fans for free with broken glass. the shipping is high but they will have the class. hope this helps everyone.

There is nothing standard on a fan. If the fan came with the light, then you'll have to contact Hampton Bay(Good luck). That's just a low-end fan made for Home depot.

We purchased a Hampton Bay Southwind V Celing Fan from Home Depot and the glass globe over the light bulb was cracked. Where can we get a replacement? We can't find the information that was in the box.
You can find a replacement at Walmart, Lowes, or Home Depot.

Go to any of the above websites and run a search by entering "light kit replacement glass", or just plain "globe". It should cost between $ 3.50 - $10

Replace the lights
Apparently - there's some "trick" to changing these light bulbs as others have the same problem - but get smart-alec answers like "unscrew them" - not much help.

Hampton Bay is made by JRA Furniture and distributed (exclusively?) by Home Depot. The customer support number for Hampton Bay is:

1-877-527-0313

Someone can help between the hours of 8A - 8P Monday - Friday Eastern. No one is available on Saturday and Sunday (and presumably holidays). You could probably get help in the store, too.

I don't think King of Fans manufactured your fan, BUT their FAQ says...
Where can I get parts for my ceiling fan?

You may call customer service at 1-800-330-3267 on Monday through Friday EST. When you call please have your UPC code available. If you do not have your owners manual, you may look on the top of the fan where you will see a silver or gold sticker. There you will find a UL number beginning with the letter E and located under the UL number is the UPC code. The UPC code consists of 12 numerical digits. From that information, the customer service representative will be able to determine if you are calling the correct company and determine the make and model of your product. If it is determined you are calling the wrong company, you will be given the correct number to call.
