Most sony laptop power supplies have a power LED that indicates if the device is A) plugged in {ok it happens!}, or B) fried and not providing power to the laptop. Check this first. If the power supply is plugged in and the LED is on (usually green or red) then see if you have ANY lights on the laptop itself. Its possible that your LCD display went bad but that the laptop is otherwise running. You may see a power, hard drive or wireless network light on if the laptop works but the LCD went bad. You can also connect an external monitor to the laptop and power it up to check the LCD.
I've also seen where the battery goes bad and it keeps the laptop from booting. Try removing the battery and power up (with the ac adapter plugged in) again.
If neither of these helps, you may be looking at some kind of internal short on the motherboard which is big money. Hopefully that isn't the case.
Hope this helps!!
so bios pages dead?
not told that, are all bios pages looking ok
BIOS pages good
windows 10 has over 100 unique BSOD page codes and not told.
ms has an example of each for 10 support there.
but no blue screen told of vast.
nor what OS this
w10 does auto self repair if you cold hard boot it 3 time and force the boot to fail 3 times, using power button alone, ask.
you did not say BSOD why, say just blue>?
W10 and older love to BSOD easy for these things.
1:gpu card drive wrong, so remove the card? run on iGPU
2: turn off FAST BOOT, wow, no more BSOD
3: bad DDR2 test them 1 by 1.
if only BSOD on a game or only 1 game say so. that is a bad GAME.
or wrong video driver.
is it totally dead or do you have any red lights lit up on the power button
check the power brick and when you switch it on at the main it should have an orange light on it then watch the orange light as you press the on button it should turn green to tell you it working or flash red if it has a fault let me know ok.
try unplugging all the leads out of the back of the xbox and switch the power lead off at the mains. then plug all the leads back into the xbox, no the power lead can be a bit funny at times so push it in then try forcing it in a bit further sometimes the connections get weak and you need to push it in further so try this pushing it in as hard as you can.
then switch it on at the mains then try pressing the on button if the on button still wont do anything try pressing the eject button as this will also switch it on and open the disk tray
if its totally dead or you have any red lights lighting up tell me how many then i can assist you further ok
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
please rate this solution and leave a testimonial as i have pages of unrated posts as users forget to leave a response, thanks

It can be due to:
Dead T-CON board on the LCD panel assembly due to blown fuse or just dead board.
Dead power supply on the logic board that supplys the power to the T-CON board.

If power out of the SMPS is the issue then a short on the secondary side can also be the issue in which the optocoupler can shut off the feed to the SM driver.
So if your voltage is present at the SM driver and the oscillation of the invertor chopper is good, check on Sm transformer for fault or the secondary ccirrcuit may have short.
If oscillatiion is not present , check and change the Oscillator IC.There are feedback loops into the circuit and the diode/capacitor can also be faulty.
If the flex cable is ok, you're lcd inverter or the actual lcd may be bad. try using an external monitor and see if it works. If not, you may need to call dell for lcd replacement.

that means no power at all , this is not curable from software this is hardware issue i mean may be Mother board dead or something pls take it to service centre or elaborate ur prob
It means computer developed oxide on some contact, and this is causing a short that forces unit to shut down, laptop must be taken apart, dried properly, and eventually cleaned with circuit cleaning solution. If problem stops when you turn to external display, then probably it is water or oxide in LCD ribbon cable connectors.
Try to plug into another computer and wait to see.
If it turn up to be same it somewhere defect from the main board of the lcd.
If if not the same turn up to be, you should reinstall the OS because the software is corrupted or your display card problem.
