First, reformat your phone. Go to SETTINGS-Phone-General-Orig.phone settings. then type: 12345.
Be sure to remove your memory card, before doing it. And then, using a card reader, format your MMC on your computer. Right click the Memory Card Drive on MY COMPUTER, then look for Format. Click it and be sure to choose "FAT". Do not quick format. After that proceed. Put back the MMC to your phone, and check if it's ok. It worked for me so as i type.

    My memory card corrupted and when i format it on pc and i insert it on the phone it is ask me to format it on the phone but when i did it, it freez the phone

Try removing it and use a memory card reader to insert into a computer, if it shows then there is hope you just copy your files and format the card.

You can try to format your memory card with the help of a card reader and pc. If that is a hardware failure then it can't be repaired. If the boot sector is corrupt then also it cannot be repaired. The only thing that in case you tried to dump random files and cancelled frequently and few of the mem on your card has gone bad then it can be formatted via pc.

test yuor memory card in other cellphone,,
or plug it in on computer to see if the memory card is
still good or it was totaly corrupted.

if you mmc is real corupted,,you can use this to recover your files

Corrupted memory card
ONCE MEMORY CARD IS CORRUPTED THEN IT WILL NOT REPAIR, BUT U TRY TO FORMAT IT, IF IT WILL BE.
AND FOR DUAL SIM, YOU CAN USE DOUBLE SIM PLATE, WILL BE PURCHASE FROM THE MARKET.

Reformatting my memory card
Get a card reader for your pc, then take the memory card out of the N70, and into the reader. It should show up in my computer, at which point you can right click and press "format". Press start, and wait. Once this is done, safely remove hardware and put back in phone. Warning! This will destroy all content on card!

Nokia N70 music edition memory card got corrupted
Ok, sorry for the confusion. I'll elaborate it this way. I have a Nokia N70 all the data from memory card got deleted. When I tried to access the card, it said "Memory card corrupted".
