No pressure Pressure washer PC2525SP engin works great, no pressure from wand, water comes out just like a garden hose

Kohler only make the engines Paula. Your issue is with the pump or water supply to it.. Better if you took it for service. First though, did it work before using the same water supply hose? I have two hoses, one in the garage and one in the garden. One hose has a non-return valve in the end and when you screw in the power washer connector it shuts off the flow. I have to slacken it off and let it leak a bit or use the other hose with no non-return valve.

Maybe bad pump. Remove wand and wand hose, run machine with water in. High pressure water coming out of wand/hose connection, bad wand or hose. No high pressure water, bad pump, replace.

My Craftsman pressure washer has a filter in the hose tp the pressure wand. I found I must have had some dirt in my garden hose and these filters were plugged. No pressure at all till I cleaned them out.

sounds like you have a blockage maybe in your water hose ,ideally your water hose should be around 25 feet..or you may have an o ring in the gun where the tip goes.. is broken..that will affect your pressure..check also filter where water hose connects to the pump make sure thats clear

Take hose and gun off pump.
Start engine.
See if pressure comes out of pump.
Next, remove water hose and look at filter washer.
Clean or replace filter washer.
Turn on water and it should come out of pump on other side.
These steps will tell you if problem is water supply or pump.

Sometimes the problems happen because the gun lever is bad.

Soap will only siphon into hose if there isnt any pressure in the hose attached to the wand.Remove tip from wand and see if it draws soap into hose,back pressure in wand hose will cause the spring and ball to seat/close off the inlet line for the soap otherwise water would blow out of soap line.

check the quick disconnect to the wand these are spring operated and can get stuck

Try removing the high pressure hose from the machine. Then connect the water hose and see if water comes out of the outlet.( you can also try this by putting on the machine for a few seconds). If water comes out of the outlet, then you have a problem in the high pressure hose or the wand and trigger. Check also the lance and nozzel for blockage.
I do not know what kind or model of machine you have, but most machines the water always comes out of the outlet when water is fed to the inlet. In bigger machines this cannot happen because they have a reserve tank.

On some pressure washers there is no bypass. If this is supposed to bypass, then the pressure bypass is faulty.
