nope santhiya ...formatt is essential part of ny memory device...this ws clearly not n problem.i think u're internal software of mp3 player is corrupted, as i have also same mp3 player.i can tell u so. So please refer to its service centre.
It has a virus, could be, try reformatting the mp3 in dos, or better yet windows 98, simply the file system of you mp3 player is corrupted. after reformatting it in DOS mode, you can now reformat it in windows and then load songs.
plz check the reset button on your mp3 player if ypu dont find the button, your player must be affected with virus so, kindly check with your dealer for replacement.. plz kindly rate me
