Due to much sms the cell restarts automatically

Try deleting all of your SMS messages, if you have more than 500 SMS messages your Nokia phone may run slowly.

This includes Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Drafts etc - delete them all.

Delete any messages you dont need from your inbox and sent items box.
Delete any photos and video clips you dont need.
Delete any unwanted mp3 music files.
All of these are stored on the phones memory by default.

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. clear off all the messages in your inbox and outbox as some of them may contain corrupt files. If not Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

If you want to get details of the messages details (sent and received) then you will have to contact your prepaid service provider.
Otherwise received messages would be in your inbox and sent would be in sent messages if you have set the mobile's setting to "save sent messages".

Nokia 6303c mobile phone
First problem is that Sent text messages sometimes appear in my Inbox. When I delete them another one appears. When I delete they are deleting from the Sent items as well as the Inbox.
pls give me the solution for this....

first you go to menu, message, message setting. delivery report on. then you will get delivery report after you change settings. Thanks

Why do you need to keep 1000 texts on your phone. I purge mine hourly for texts from the same person!!!
