I have a Brother MFC665CW and it has error message
"Unable to change 50" after paper jam. Paper is all cleaned
out of machine and still shows message. [email protected]

Be sure that the paper in the paper try rests within the guides. Also, ensure the that paper try closes properly and is not loose. Be careful also with the amount of paper you load into the printer, don't load too much into the tray or it may cause a paper jam.
Once the paper is loaded the printer may want you to confirm this by pressing a button, this will usually be a button with "OK", "Yes" or "Enter" printed on it. Check the little screen on your printer for such a message.
If there is no direct symptom of paper jam and still you cannot do printing properly, find whether it is because of drum problem. If the paper gets into the end gear of the rotating drum and gets stuck there, you cannot access the printing function. Switch off your printer and check the plastic arms of the printer drum. If there is any paper piece jammed in any of the arms, you can't continue printing. Here also cleaning is the best method to solve the problem. While cleaning, check the arms of the rotating drum.
Machine Error 50 either means that there is a loose object inside the machine (usually piece of paper), or that there is a mechanical error which would need you to have the machine sent to service.

I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
