Ericc539, To actually SEE how it is done, you could try a visit to YOUTUBE and search for video clips of "lcd monitor repair" and or "lcd monitor disassembly" !!!! My only advice to you is "don't use any sharp cutting instruments like carving knives to part the front bezel from the rear cover after any screws and pedestal have been removed. Could more than triple cost of repair if trip to hospital "ER" is required to fix monitor. Good luck. 12fixlouie
I just installed a lot of this model at the office, it should be under warranty. If it failed and you try to get it fix under warranty, they may be able to tell that it has been tampered with.
