I have fixed this, and I hate this player, however this is the solution

I've uploaded ALL YOU'LL EVER NEED on this rapidshare link, I format my player and bringit back to life with only this...
http://rapidshare.com/files/106001227/Player.rar.html

1.- unrar to the player
2.- try if it works, if not go to 2.1
2.1.- install the software, included in the rar file, then try if it works it should

IMPORTANT: when you have manage to make it work do this, it will save you a lot of time

1.- browse your player to the system/data folder and backup those files, if you get any future troubles (like no music found, strange characters instead of artist's list) replace those files with your backup, backup those files always after adding new music!!!

2.- save the rar file I've uploaded, if you have the wmp plugin already installed and you get the "Oh dear this hard disk doesn't work" message again, just format the player, and put every single file from the rar to the player

3.- excuse my english...
any further problems --> msn: [email protected]

4.- help other virgin 5gb users

Sandisk Sansa E250 screwup

Hi,

you might be able to get back the operating software by using a software repository (ie softonic or softpedia) or the Sandisk website to upload the installation material onto your music player. Then after the player is functioning properly again, you can download your past music to the player from your computer.

Thank you.

Treat it as a hard drive copy to, delete or format. To continue playing where you left off when restarting, hold off/pause button down for 3 seconds before shutting off.
