When I turn on my bluetooth, the person I am calling cannot hear me, but I can hear them talking, the phone ringing, etc... I have tried "unmuting" the piece, but it still does not work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled, in case it could be reset, but still does not work. Any other ideas?

It can happen when phones update their software. It also can occur when the earset battery gets too old to hold the full charge.

You may have to get a bluetooth headset specifically used with Ericson or change bluetooth setting on your cell to handsfree

I disabled the bluetooth from my phone. I then turned off my phone and rebooted it. Once the phone was turned back on, I paired it up with the bluetooth and then it worked. So disabling and removing everything and starting over worked.
